The council elected Kevin Fleming to continue an unspecified term as ICOLE chairman,  discussed organizational issues, progress in building ICOLE, progress on light pollution in Indiana, and future projects.

At 3:30 the general meeting convened and featured presentations by George Nickas, Forrest Hamilton, and Kevin Fleming.

George Nickas gave an excellent presentation about light and energy measurement. George is a professor of physics and astronomy and has worked as an energy consultant.

Forrest Hamilton gave a very interesting talk about the impact of light pollution on the Logansport area where he grew up. Here he presents a panoramic nighttime view of the horizon, showing urban sky glow from the area's communities, with each  labeled.

The final presentation was by Kevin Fleming who gave a summary of the issues he covers when making presentations about outdoor lighting.
